for Balkan Development | Press Release May 22, 2000 Friends of Bosnia receives grant from the Clipper Ship Foundation of Boston to support Medical Aid Drive for Kosovo For more information contact Glenn Ruga at 978-461-0909 BOSTON, MA --Friends of Bosnia is pleased to announce that the Clipper Ship Foundation of Boston has awarded Friends of Bosnia $4000 to support our Medical Aid Drive for Kosovo. The money will be used to pay for shipping expenses, warehousing, and logistics in Kosovo. Friends of Bosnia launched the aid drive in January to support the Gllogovc Health Center near Pristina with medical equipment, supplies, and medications. For a complete description of the aid drive, click here. Friends of Bosnia is soliciting medical aid from Boston area hospitals and doctors to support this project.
